A Nobasu trainer will use our stretching technique combined with breath work to promote flexibility and mobility.

What kinds of stretching does Nobasu do?

Dynamic Stretching, Ballistic Stretching, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), Active Isolated Stretching (AIS).

How often should I come to get stretched?

Individual programs are based on need. Recommended minimum twice weekly.

What do I do and wear to get stretched?

Please wear comfortable clothes because you will be moved in different positions. After your stretch, please make sure you hydrate .

Is Nobasu for everyone?

Nobasu is for all ages and improves daily lifestyle. Our stretching is important pre or post workout activity to return your body to it’s maximum performance level.
